Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create lasting change within a supportive, collaborate relationship. As a clinical psychologist, I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, stuck in painful patterns, or struggling to meet the demands of every day life.
My approach is thoughtful, warm, and insight-oriented, while also helping clients make practical, meaningful changes in their relationships, emotional wellbeing, and day-to-day functioning. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, improved coping, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of balance and resilience.
Areas of Focus
I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults struggling with:
Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed
Depression, low mood, and emotional distress
Relationship challenges and interpersonal conflict
Difficulties with emotion regulation and coping with intense feelings
Trauma and loss
Self-esteem, body image concerns, and disordered eating
Life transitions and identity shifts, e.g. college, early adulthood, relationships, and parenthood
Support for Parents and Caregivers
Parenting can be deeply meaningful but also exhausting, isolating, and emotionally demanding. I offer therapy and support for parents navigating the stress of family life, including the challenges of raising young children, managing behavioral or emotional concerns, and coping with the uncertainty and needs of caring for children with complex developmental or medical needs.
Approach
I am to provide a therapy relationship that is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in both insight and practical support. My style is collaborate and nonjudgmental, with the goal of helping clients feel understood and making meaningful progress toward the changes they want and need in their lives.
